- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price varies depending on the client's specific needs. We would be happy to arrange a cleaning schedule that will meet your requirements and stay within your budget. The price of each job varies by numerous factors such as the length of time since the last clean up, the detail cleaning required, actual square footage, height of ceilings windows and fans, products required for various surfaces, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come see your space, discuss your cleaning needs using a SWOT analysis to help you determine the Strength's, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of your space. We also offers a free consultation for problem or hard to clean areas. Measurements will be taken, your schedule and budget discussed and a list of cleaning needs will be made so that we can give you a comprehensive quote.

On the job training, apprenticeship and 20 years of janitorial experience.
