Introduction: As a change agent and coach, Lisa’s passion is supporting individuals on their journey to make a change, have an impact and laying the foundation to achieve amazing outcomes, both personally and for business growth. Lisa has an innate ability to work with clients to gain the clarity around their needs and impacting the learning of each individual with her open, facilitative style, whether in the classroom or in a coaching engagement. Lisa is also a certified practitioner in Everything DiSC, Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and EQi 2.0. Using these assessment tools to support clients to achieving their personal development goals is an integral part of her coaching process. She enjoys the challenge of developing a workshop using these assessments that will help the bring a people together by gaining a deeper understanding in three areas: Self, Others and in some cases, the couple. Working with clients on the change journey and sharing my own experiences over the years is what gets me up everyday. Whether this is through things I have learned from my own speed bumps in the road, what I have learned from my clients' or in my psychology & coaching education, these experiences are now there to support my clients' success. It is very rewarding for me to work with clients on setting the goals, supporting them through process and seeing them come out on the other side - having achieved their goal and enjoying the hard work of the process.
