- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have all different types of pricing. We will share this info when we meet with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down and talk about their needs and expectations. We take great pride in communicating with our clients. We will review their budget together and go over menu options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The school and all of our Chef Instructors are ACF certified and have over 250 years of combined experience. All of our Chef Instructors have received their BA and some have acquired a Masters degree. Since we are creating the standard, tt is imperative that all of our staff invests in continual education.
