- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is case by case. I use a rebate system which is very attractive and saves my customers much money, allowing me to put some closing cost money back in their pocket at closing.. When buying a brand new home, if the customer gets to me before they make a first model home visit, that is even better. Once I register them, I can be very generous with them from the builders commission to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a preliminary phone conversation and then from there a meeting to discuss the customer's needs. Trust is built through getting acquainted and discussion of the client's goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have decades of study in college level courses in real estate law, practice and investment, and over 30 years experience.
