- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, cost is based on need. However, $1,000 is the starting place for negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the date is confirmed we schedule a phone call so we can "sit down" and discuss their needs and the type of event they are planning. Then, we work together to establish what canvas I can create for them and the tone of the meeting and the keynote I deliver. My objective is to help my client host a memorable, one-of-a-kind event. I want to leave knowing that I made them look good.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Art at the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver and went on to hold several different positions with various Ad Agencies in Dallas, Denver, Chicago and a few other locations around the country. Until demand for my speaking prevented me remaining with the agencies in a full time capacity.
