- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. We want to provide our clients with all of their needs while working within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a questionnaire for new clients that inquires about the services needed (private dinner, event, etc); headcount; budget; type of cuisine, etc. Once we receive the questionnaire, we review it in detail with our client.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with businesses supplying lunch for meetings. We have gone in-home and worked as a personal chef; and we have catered for parties, holiday events, and weddings.
