Introduction: I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now. I have trained and coached all different types of individuals from college athletes trying to reach peak athletic performance to grandparents wanting to move better and strengthen muscles and joints.
I am NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified as well as CrossFit Level 1 certified. I am highly knowledgeable in nutrition and eating for any type of result (hypertrophy/weight loss/performance/health), explosive training, CrossFit, mobility/flexibility, body weight only training, power lifting, and Olympic lifting.
I currently also run and operate a fully equipped gym where I coach group CrossFit classes and handle one-on-one clients. You do not have to be a member of this gym to benefit from the personal training. So you will have full access with me to all types of equipment. I am highly motivating and will do everything possible to give you the guidelines and tools to reach whatever goal you may have.
