FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my clients prefer a monthly marketing retainer that includes strategy calls as well as implementation time for me to help carry out the plans that we've made. For websites, I charge a flat rate fee that varies depending on the complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule an initial goal setting meeting/call to understand the ideal end result that my customer is looking for. Then, I will check in at multiple intervals of the project for feedback and additional instructions if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a digital marketer since 2005. I've worked closely with CEOs and CMOs to develop growth-oriented marketing strategies and manage their implementation. I also have extensive experience in web development, eCommerce store development and training for corporate teams, and user-experience-driven design and processes. I am knowledgeable in digital marketing, strategy, WordPress, web-to-print, eCommerce, sales and landing page conversion, user experience testing, search engine optimization, social media management, content strategy and digital advertising. I continually research, attend conferences and take courses to improve my skill set and keep up with technology changes. My background in web to print solutions has made me a strong advocate of improving the user experience. On your website, in your email marketing efforts, and in your social media interactions. Customers are our lifeline, and every marketing effort we make should be to support their needs.
