Megan's House and Child Care

Introduction: Hello. My name is Megan Baker. I am a high school graduate. I was accepted into the Early Honors Program at Alaska Pacific University at 16. In addition, I studied independently through online courses. I am the second oldest of 10 kids, so I have a lifetime of practice with children and cleaning. I have 6 years of paid experience with cleaning and caring for all ages of children. I'm especially excellent with small children. I started babysitting/cleaning/pet care for family friends and my own siblings at 10 years old. When I was 12 years old, I started working for a nonfamily/non-friends for money and volunteered at my church nursery and at an elementary optional program. I graduated high school with 46 college credits, and I've completed 4 years of vocational education (each class requires 140 hours of either work or volunteer). Psychology, mass communications, and critical thinking are a few of the college classes I've taken that have improved my skills as a nanny. If you'd like a list of the courses I've taken so far, I will gladly send them to you. I'm willing to help with laundry, dishes, bathroom cleaning, extensive organizing, vacuuming, pool cleaning, gardening, lawn mowing, bed changing, house-sitting, cooking, plant care, oven cleaning, surface polishing, carpet cleaning, dusting, pet care, pet walking, pet sitting, date night childcare, and overnight childcare and any other chores required. I'm an excellent cook, so if you ever need me to have a meal ready for when you came home. I also love arts/crafts/games and promote creativity in the children I take care of. I am very capable. I'm nonsmoking, motivated, kind, patient, charitable, forgiving, focused, respectful and an aspiring nurse. I grew up on a farm, so I am comfortable with any pets and have the highest respect for all of God's precious creatures. I have no criminal record and have given you access to my background check. In addition to my nanny/cleaning jobs, I have worked as an office assistant for a facility management company and as retail sales associate, so I have professional paid experience that involved many hours of cleaning.
