I have no words to describe How professional Mr. Merlo is. We had a complete makeover on the outside of our house, referring to replacing windows and siding ... Mr. Merlo guided us in that type of material was the best and the options we had and recommended the place to buy materials ... although at first we doubt their ability to complete the work on time, I can say I could not believe that one person can do the job as fast, in only 4 full days throughout the house and change all our windows .... I could go on talking about his work and how respectful Mr. Merlo is ...and I can only greatly recommend it to anyone who wants quality work .. thank Mr. Merlo.

We really had two jobs. We have had a wing wall that has separated from the facade and needed to be removed and a fence addition added. Then we had a beam that ran across the front of our house that has become completely wood rot and was falling down. Both were pretty big safety issues, either one could have fallen on someone. We kept contacting general contractors but because of the hail damage in the area none were available. Richardo reached out via thumbtack and set up an appointment. He was on time. Knowledgeable. We asked him about extending our roof to where the beam was and he said it was completely doable. He quoted an extremely fair price. For both jobs. He was able to start almost right away. He showed up when he said he would, he did excellent work, and from what i can tell used quality components. We are super happy! Our guests are no longer getting rained on, our packages are dry. And you cant even tell that work had been done. It blends seamlessly into the front of the house. Richardo will get my call next time i have a project of this nature for sure! We are extremely happy.

Mr. Merlo responded right away to our inquiry regarding having a WOODEN DECK built and showed up exactly on time to give me an estimate the next day. Once I described what I wanted, he gave me some advice regarding dimensions and then provided a firm estimate on cost of labor and materials. The price was very reasonable as well. Mr. Merlo told me the project would require one day (which amazed me). He showed up with all the materials this morning, again as promised, and by gosh I have a beautifully constructed deck with railing. It is perfect. If I come across any other projects, I will be calling Merlo remodeling first.

Ricardo communicates fairly well and does quick work. I had some framing work to be done taking out some load bearing walls and adding beams. My only concern was he moved on to another job before finishing mine. There was a week lapse where no work was done and my job was put on hold. His quality of work is average as I had a few requests for him to fix studs not securely in place and slightly uneven walls.
