- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on needs of customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customers home to meet with and assess the problems they're having with their dog (if interested I'm training.) I work with them and their dogs to show them how to make adjustments and ultimately change all unwanted behaviors. For dog walking/pet sitting, I meet with the customer and their pet in home, and then provide their pet with much love and excellent care I'm their absence.

Bachelor Degree (communication) Fundamentals of Dog Psychology (at dog psychology center instructed by Cesar Millan.)
