Model Pest Control

Introduction: We perform our interior pest control on a quarterly basis, 4 times a year and provide, at no additional charge, follow-up visits if a problem should develop between scheduled services. Each home or office has different needs, so we design services to meet individual needs. As most insect problems originate outside the structure, we begin our services with a perimeter or barrier treatment. Applying this will reduce the number of insects entering the structure or at least provide an initial contact for those who manage to enter, causing them to die shortly thereafter. It is also highly advisable to have the gardener prune or trim landscape material so that branches or shrubs do not make contact with the structure. Ants, most particularly, use this route to enter the home. After the perimeter treatment, we determine the interior needs and use the best treatment protocol. This may include the use of baits, crack and crevice treatments, spot sprays, or fogging, depending on the type of problem.
