Introduction: My name is Cameron Anetsky., and I am the owner and principle tutor at Motivational Tutoring.
What sets us aside from other tutors is that our priority is the student, their family, and their needs. We don't take a cookie cutter approach to teaching. We tailor the tutoring to each and every student.
Our teaching has a basis in the Saxon Method of teaching, and some from Linda Mood Bell, but it is more than that. We teach not only the subject matter, but the tips, note taking, organization, and study skills that make each student uniquely successful. We are experienced with Common Core, and have taught a variety of children with Special Needs over the past 10 years.
We have extensive experience with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, especially Asperger's Syndrome, CPD, Auditory Disorders, Trisomy 21, and other special need students.
We are well versed in teaching over 72 subjects, including Common Core based subjects. We provide a special emphasis on Reading and Writing, Social Studies, Foreign Language, Math, Computers, and Science.
Our core belief is that learning should be fun, interesting, and exciting, and we relate the subjects we teach back to each individual's own interests and experiences. This gives each student a sense of acceptance, belonging, and gives them a passion for learning.
