Introduction: For most of the 1990's we sold, transported and catered crawfish. We have perfected and catered true Louisiana mudbug boils and low country boils for more than 20 years. Its always been our goal to provide an unmatched crawfish experience and party atmosphere.
Growing up in the Mississippi Delta, the only closer cuisine to shrimp and crawfish was our neigbor to the north's Memphis BBQ. After years of perfecting our BBQ by participating and competing and winning in BBQ cooking contests made ourselves regulars at the Memphis In May BBQ World Champtionship. We can bring a "taste" of Memphis to your next event.
BCB Entertainment, LLC was created in 2011 to put together and host quality events with crawfish, BBQ, Music, and all things from New Orleans. With crawfish being passions of ours, we started the Mudbugs in March festival in Memphis TN. Mudbugs In March festival and gumbo championship drew crowds of 5,000 or more and provided 6000 lbs of spicy crawfish in a single afternoon. The event always consisted of three live bands and custom "gather round" crawfish tables provide the atmosphere to enjoy your friends company and meet new people.
Our newest mobile Crawfish, Shrimp, Scallops and Blue Crab Trailer called Move Your Tails was built to cater to Atlanta, Ga and surrounding area. We will bring in fresh Louisiana crawfish gulf shrimp, scallops and blue crab weekly. The smoker is always ready to be fired up for world class BBQ . Freshness, attention to detail, and spicy heat is what we offer. Anywhere we go Louisiana is with us. Come see!

We worked with these guys and ate their food at Mudbugs in March. IT WAS AWESOME!!! I am used to crawfish down in the gulf and love them. Here in Memphis there are efforts, but they never really come close and end up being bland, small and dried out.
NOT THESE.
We talked for awhile about the process that you have to go through to get these little things and I never knew there were secrets to ordering. Apparently between that and the seasoning and cooking process they have developed a good mix. My wife was sucking the heads within the first two.....and she never sucks the head.....but I digress.
Great people, great food and great atmosphere. I can;t wait to see them again!!!

WOW....talk about first class food and service. They catered an event for me and I received nothing but positive reviews from my guest. I'm from Louisiana so I know good cajun food and this may be the best I have ever had. Highly recommend them for any event. You will not be disapointed.

I had them cater a business promo for me. Move Your Tails were very professional and prides their self in customer service and their fabulous food. Everyone loved the food so much, I have already schedule them to cater another business promo and a family reunion. Everyone loved the food and great service but my favorite was the Craw-fish, corn, potatoes and sausage.
