Overall were nice guys, and worked at a decent pace. They came a bit late due to another job earlier in the day. One of the fellows was wearing a dirty glove when moving a light beige sofa, got some marks on it. took a little bit of cleaning to get most of it out. We had a great experience with White Rose. They were very friendly and were able to move our furniture from our 2 bedroom apartment to our new house in just about the amount of time we anticipated. They made sure to pack our things to protect them and our hardwood floors. Four stars instead of 5 because they arrived a bit later than anticipated and we found that their hand truck chipped the veneer on our dressers, but it's nothing that a touch up pen can't fix!Apr 5, 2016Verified

Great job, very hard working, courteous and pleasant. Accommodated me for a move on Good Friday which I appreciate and moved a lot of stuff. Impressed on how strong the young men are and the care they took with my belongings. Only issue was timing, got quite a late start but communication during the wait was good. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We send a detailed message about who we are and our cost then we follow up with a phone call. Once we have scheduled a move we also touch base with customer several days before their move to reconfirm. Then the day of move we give customer a call ahead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Took several business management classes. Also skilled in Grandfather clocks and piano moving.
