- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a detailed message about who we are and our cost then we follow up with a phone call. Once we have scheduled a move we also touch base with customer several days before their move to reconfirm. Then the day of move we give customer a call ahead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took several business management classes. Also skilled in Grandfather clocks and piano moving.
