Charlie is friendly and right away I felt at ease about him being in my home. I was impressed at how quickly he can tell what the problem is and how to fix it. I can tell he has a very broad range of skills and he's done different types of projects for me. He has aligned the pipes for my new water heater (the new one I bought was a different shape than the old one), repaired loose boards on steps, fixed my mother's car, and even some repaired some jewelry. He cleans up after the job. He has integrity and gives an honest assessment up front. You can tell he's a good guy - not just in it for the money but to get the job done right. Highly recommended for his skill as well as his approach.
