Introduction: Hi there. Looking for a great fit for affordable counseling can be tough. We offer a sliding scale rate UP TO $145 per session for individual counseling and UP TO $245 for couples counseling. In couples counseling, we alternate between couples therapy one week and individual therapy the next week. We do an evidence-based style of therapy that is relatively short-term in nature and we are able to show how you're making progress in your sessions- so we're trying for a short term investment for long-term results. If you visit our website, you can set up an intake session with whichever therapist you choose. Though insurance may or may not cover your sessions, we are sure we can work out a sliding scale or package rate that will work for you. Best of luck!
