I have known Nelson for over 15 years he is a patient of mine, we attend the same church and then 4 months ago he became my personal trainer. I had to be completely honest and vulnerable to him about my weight struggles and my health issues. Nelson made me feel very comfortable and he was very supportive. He designed a program spicific to my needs and for my age. Since starting my program 16 weeks ago I have gotten stronger, healthier, thinner and more self confident. I have accomplished more than I ever thought I could at 63 years old. To date I have lost 28 pounds and my eating habits are cleaner. Nelson has a unique ability to read and understand his clients' needs perfectly. He is professional, knowledgeable and makes the works out interesting and fun. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$35 for 1/2 hour $50 for 1 hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and have a consultation. Take measurements, Body fat analysis, circumferences, health history, 3 photos of client for reference to fat loss, take blood pressure and resting heart rate and talk about clients goals and how we will reach those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned 3 separate certifications in personal training, NFPT-CPT, assisted stretch, and TRX Body weight training.
