$35 for 1/2 hour $50 for 1 hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and have a consultation. Take measurements, Body fat analysis, circumferences, health history, 3 photos of client for reference to fat loss, take blood pressure and resting heart rate and talk about clients goals and how we will reach those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned 3 separate certifications in personal training, NFPT-CPT, assisted stretch, and TRX Body weight training.
