- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Adult CPR/AED 1 1/2-2 hrs. $20per student (add on child and infant for $10 and add 1 hr to class time) First Aid. 2-3 hrs. $20 per student ACPR/First Aid class taught the same day. 4-5 hr $35 student. CPR-BLS (Basic Life Support) or Healthcare Provider includes Adult,child,infant CPR/AED, BMV, 2+team approach. 4-5 hrs $40 Universal precaution 1hr $35 +$5 per student
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers contact me with 2-3 dates and times that work best. Once we agree on a date and time I arrive 30 before class to set up and have the classroom ready to go promptly at the time agreed upon.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was asked by my employer at the time to become certified so I could keep up on the staff's required certificates. I moved on the the American Red Cross as staff and instructor trainer. After having children I started my own business in order to work my schedule around theirs and be at home with them before and after school.
