- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon amount of time needed , level of help/support given. In most cases our prices range from $250 for a one time session. To $175 for each additional session ; up to 3 sessions or $999.00 for a 6 session package. * WE DO NOT PLACE A TIME LIMIT ON THE AMOUNT OF TIME WE SPEND WITH THE CLIENT/CLIENTS on any session. This means if you require us too spend 2 or 3 hours with you on a session it's fine. Our goal is to be a support system you can depend on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*We first do a free telephone consultation. This is done to determine if we can help or if prospect should be referred to another organization , which maybe a better match. *Once we establish we can be of service. We will then setup a face to face meeting. During that time our goal is refine/ custom tailor a action plan ; which will provide positive direction for the client/clients. **It is standard that once our initial sessions begin ; the client/clients have access to 24/7 phone support...this truly means day or night support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years in business as a senior manager , general manager . I am also an ordained minister. Have completed countless courses on human relations.
