- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To assure the new customer feels comfortable with me and the services provided. I want the appointment to be convenient for the customer whether it be in the comfort of their home or in my home office or a public meeting place. Then I want them to know it's ok to call my personal cell number to move foward with getting their business taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Administration. I have been an office manager for health care facility for 8 years. I am responsible for 95 percent of accounts payable and receivables. I manage 10 employees which include some life coaching and employee training. My staff respect and trust me and that promotes quality and production in the our organization.
