Within 24 hours a repair man showed up & fixed an issue we were having with our fridge. Also during the visit we got to talking and they service air conditioner units. The repair man was gracious enough to perform a basic preventive maintenance on our unit as well. Our go to repair service company from now on. Very reliable & budget friendly. Highly recommend this company.

The fridges at my bar were down and I contacted On-it refrigeration & received a responsed with in the first 10 minutes, I was very surprised. It's hard to get a quick response in Manhattan. When he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable, he dissected the problem in minutes and was able to fix within an hour or so. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

AC not working was blowing warm air. SEM repaired my unit at 9pm at night. He had the part on his truck and charged me what the part cost at supply house. Didn't mark up price. Highly recommend on-it Treated me with respect and spoke to me so I would understand what was wrong and what he replaced.
