- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide you with quality and neatness. Our prices are competitive. Keep in mind we maintain our insurance and we warranty all our work. Our products are from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore. We make sure you receive great customer service from all our team members. The price reflects all that :) But don't be afraid to ask for a price match or a discount. We can gladly try to meet your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When my crew arrives, they do a pre-walk with the customer to ensure that the work order has everything the customer requested. We update the customer daily before leaving the job site for the day. When we are finished, we do a walk thru with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied with our work and if necessary we complete any touch ups as requested by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure we keep our employees up-to-date with safety standards. All our employees have received OSHA training.
