She arrived on time and got straight to work. She had estimated about four hours based on the size of my home, but being that it has been a while since we had done a very thorough cleaning due to my health issues, as well as having two teenagers and a dog, it took closer to seven hours. She stayed until the job was complete and did a very nice job. Even though she stayed almost double the time, she didn't ask for more money, though we insisted on paying her more. She absolutely deserved it. There were a couple surfaces that she missed dusting, but everything was scrubbed and cleaned very well. We liked her so much, we will definitely have her back again. Likely every two to three weeks going forward so she can concentrate on some other tasks like helping to organize closets, etc. She was also wonderful with our dog and does do pet sitting. She seems very trustworthy as well. All in all, I would give her an 'A'.

We hired Paloma for housecleaning. So impressed, we will definitely hire her again, for this and possibly other household help in the future (pet sitting or domestic projects). She is professional, friendly and an excellent communicator from initial hiring to the completion of the work. She came prepared for the work, asked questions and was so helpful. Thank you, Paloma!

Paloma was Attentive to my concerns .. To have a Systematic Automatic Plan to continue Maintaining Order and proficiency… She was Receptive … Paloma Agreed To the day and time .. She arrived ..I Brought her to the area that was ThecMost Important Area to Work to get the tasks that I daily have to maintain … In what I will call “. Our Home Office !” I took action of research and chose Paloma to Understand My Issues .. Trouble maintaining As necessary… Actually feeling alittle embarassed of the state of addition— Sections of paperwork .. Remaining Pending ! I however was VERY FORTUNATE to Find a Suoer Suoer .. Organizer… From Thumbtack . several years ago … I continue to sort t Incoming Mail - Bills to pay - Setting Specific Days - Dates .., In my Priorities Calendar Online .. I was Blessed to have Been referred to A Organizer Pro.. Who shared .. Common Sense Strategy to Not Only be Simple .. Logical -That experience was Years ago .. Has To this day .. Been always a part of my Day to day process .. Not complicated.. Actually .. Basically Just Logical … Since that time .. I have been experiencing Difficulties.. Asxa result of a Severe Accident.. I have never felt comfortable having anyone see what “ My Same HomecOffice . Looks .. “ Not Very Organized !! Having shared this .. I knew It was time to again seek the Assistance of an individual that could help to get me On Track Again !!! At once .. After being public about what was actually hurting me from. Proceeding to Order .. And Immediately Executing .. As difficult as it has been over the past several years of Practicing The Methodical Order … Not only to execute everyday Functions .. Etc . Finally In reference to Paloma … She was chosen .. Not for anything other .. Than she seemed to be a Good Fit…..,In summary .. I remain committed to continue The system that I continue to execute … My problem is not recalling and Executing the system … It is . Just a change in my Abilities to remsin Focused … I am now alittle limited .. Having shared this .. I felt embarrassed to open and Provide The situation I was currently experiencing… However .. Paloma was Kind and Attentive To my Concerns .. And some delay in action .. Immediately.. As she entered our Home.. She asked to brinf me to the Room that was A Priority inHelping me Act .. and resume my efficientcy !! Her immediate response .. Was “. That I was not Dis - Organized .. But in fact .. It was apparently For whatever reason .. “ Were Overwhelmed !” We then had a cup if Coffee .. And the balance of the time We shared .. Was Helpful.. She is a Very Good Hearted .. And Attentive Lady .. She is a Dog ( Pet) lover ..And a very Honest and Caring Person … I highly Recommend Her for anyone to Meet Paloma .. And share your needs …

Paloma is an all service, one stop offering. She can think on the spot, communicate, organize, problem solve, care for pets and the elderly. She is trustworthy and gets the job done like an extended family member who cares. I've been quite impressed with the profoundly sensitive way Paloma works with my aging mom and her pets.

Paloma just left my home and did a marvelous job organizing the many belongings I had laying around, including helping me part ways with items I no longer wanted, needed, or should have donated long ago. Although, I am typically an organized person, I definitely needed and benefitted from ALL the helped Paloma provided for me today. Among all the organizational benefits of her services, Paloma is truly a wonderful person and made this stressful task seem almost effortless and promoted continuous positivity through the entire experience. I will undoubtedly be using her again and highly recommend her services.
