- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40.00 per day $50.00 per overnight $20.00 for one thirty minute walk $35.00 for two thirty minute walks ** I give first time clients a 20% discount.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone and discuss the client's wants and needs in detail. Meet them and their pets, in their home to see if we're a good fit. Discuss details and compensation in depth. Put everything in writing and have all parties involved, sign the agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands on experience. I plan to study animal behavior and take a CPR class to be prepared for a medical emergency. I recently adopted a beautiful mutt from the shelter. She's been abused but with patience and love she will be fine.
