FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer anywhere from half hour to 2-hour long sessions in one on one and small group settings. I also offer discounts for students, military, and police. I offer discounted rates for buying multiple sessions at once, which also helps reserve your time slot in my schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet for an initial consultation, to see what you want to do, and then I'll have you walk me through one of your current workouts to see what you can do. I'll ask you what you're doing and why you're doing it the entire time, as well as offer pointers and alternative exercises. Then we will take your training to the next level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, USA Track & Field Level I Coach, and certified as a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer.
