I worked with Bill for approximately two years. Throughout those years he always listened to my goals, adapted my workout to achieve those goals, and always remained very encouraging. When I would approach him with a new goal or obstacle he would change my workout to reflect and achieve these changes. I felt that some of my goals were not that of his average client and when I saw him working with others he wasn't always doing the same routines as he did with me. This proved to me that he was versatile in his training and teaching. He was also personable when working out. It was never just "jumping straight into a workout" but also asking hows my week been, have I been keeping up with working out through the week, or eating right to maintain a healthy lifestyle that I wanted.Oct 6, 2015
Bill was a great trainer. The workouts were super challenging but never more than I could handle. I left feeling energized, strong & accomplished. He also very knowledgeable in proper nutrition and provided me with a meal plan that I could follow to meet my fitness goals.Sep 30, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every client has different needs, therefore it is near impossible to set a standard price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All new clients receive a nutrition consultation, as we know, working out without proper nutrition, no matter the goal, will never yield positive results. I make sure you know exactly what you need to do so we can hit the ground running.
