- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to meet you in person or, if needed, speak over the phone about your goals, fitness history, diet, strengths and weaknesses, and what you're looking for in an overall program. Then I'd like to take you through measurements and do baseline testing so we can have a before and after to measure our progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified through Iron Tribe Fitness and I'm currently working for my ACE personal training certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been involved in fitness for a while now. Sports and powerlifting throughout high school and D1 soccer and weightlifting in college. I worked for Iron Tribe Fitness Nashville for the last 2 years helping athletes work hard every day to achieve their goals. I have a heart for helping people. Seeing those athletes achieve their goals and watching them progress right in front of my eyes is an incredible experience.
