My job as a personal trainer is great for me as it comes naturally and never seems like work by helping others with their fitness goals. Overall, I wanted to lean out and add more muscle to my body. When I started I was slightly overweight with very little strength training experience. Since I've started training with Chito I've lost a total of 50 lbs and have gotten my body fat percentage down to 10.4%. I owe all this to him. He showed me how to properly train my muscles, muscle confusion, cardio input and more. I would highly recommend Chito to anyone.
