Introduction: I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss and muscle gain. I have over 9 years of experience. I can help my clients reach all of their fitness goals. I believe in motivating my clients, although I am not the drill instructor type of a trainer. Sometimes, that is what it takes to motivate a client. I focus a lot on core stabilization while training because it is the foundation for every fitness goal. My training style would be described as educational. I like to shed the light on key points of fitness, so that my clients learn how to keep themselves in shape once we achieve their goal. If you give a man a fish, he will eat it for a day, or you can teach a man to fish and he will eat it for a lifetime (and tell his friends to come learn from you as well).
