They were able to get the flea infestation dealt with very quickly. This season has been horrible for fleas and two of our local companies were no longer treating fleas because of the volume. Efraem explained everything, and arrived a little early. He was very patient with us as we were a bit slow about getting out of the house. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with.

Not good. Setting up was easy and the exterminator was on time. However, everything sold/promised on the phone wasn't delivered. Based on the Google reviews, I had high expectations. On the appointment set-up call, I was sold a thorough and unique service: "We get in the walls, open up outlets, under the cabinets, etc". What really happened is the exterminator sprayed a few corners and baseboards. It took him about 10mins. Also, I requested specific fly treatment (over the phone), I was told they'd place small translucent rectangles to the window as the treatment - I cant recall the cost, but it was around $40. The exterminator brought and began setting up standard sticky box traps. When I asked about the translucent window stickers he had no idea what i was referring to. I was unwilling to pay $40 for something I can get at Hone Depot for a couple bucks, Upon payment, I advised him i was short paying, omitting the fly treatment. I told him to please clear it up internally. I've now received two invoices in the mail for the fly treatment. I'm calling today to clear that up and cancel future services.

We wanted a one time extermination and were pleased with the service received. The tech was on time, very professional, asked detailed questions and performed the service in a timely manner. We will use them again.

The professional was nice. Seemingly did a good job - we will see if the critters stop. They did not call us when they were running late. I did appreciate that he took off his shoes inside the house.

Really friendly technician. He came early because he was in the neighborhood but I asked him to come back at the scheduled time, which he did. This was my first time using an extermination company so I had lots of questions which he answered. It's only been 4 days Sind he came but j haven't seen any bugs!

This is the first time I've used Bulwark but they were here when they said they would be. The Technician asked if there were any particular things I wanted him to check or work on and yes, there were a few. Did a really good job and was in and out in no time. I would imagine after some time goes by and we've worked together about 6-months to a year, I would change the rating to Excellent just from my first experience.

They did what they had promised, they reached on time and clearly explained what they were doing. I am happy with their service.

Our guy was thorough. He explained what he was doing and offered to come back if we see any more bugs.

The offer was for $29 to due the treatment. After calling I was informed that the offer is SUBJECT TO SIGNING FOR A LONG TERM CONTRACT. Although I told them it was misleading they will not rectify an refuse to do it for the bid price of $29

We have had three technicians coming to our house in the past couple of months - Chance Parmley, John Mendes and Daniel V. All were great, very patient and explained things clearly. The only drawback was that we had to call them twice after the first treatment as the spiders and ants kept visiting us, although their numbers did drastically reduce..I guess this is okay for now since there are lots of construction happening around us.

I had pest control service done. They were completely informative over the phone and I received next day service. The technician, Danny V., was very thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.
