- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes social media connectivity, unlimited prints, high quality props and choice of most booths. It reflects a 25% discount from our regular rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am extremely flexible with new clients. I am available to meet in person to discuss ideas as well as over the phone or especially via text. We send a detailed questionnaire to the client in order to determine their specific needs and ensure that all of the details are handled. I like to find the colors and overall theme of the event and put together several options for both photo layout and booth style for the client to choose from. Our attendants have the ability to dress for the colors and theme of your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied photography for 10 years. I belong to several professional groups and my software is updated immediately upon new releases.
