- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking I like to do a phone interview with you to find out what you are looking to do and what results you are looking for. Sometimes, all people know is that they need just need a family photo. I find it my job to dig a little deeper and find out what is important to you so that you get exactly what you were hoping for or even more! Next, we set a time and location (I have many to choose from!) that works out well for both schedules. I will send you a electronic agreement that outlines what to expect of me, and what I expect from you, that way there never is any confusion when it comes to the details of how many images, time frames, where we will meet, cost and a few other details. Last, we meet at the agreed upon time and location and have fun!
