Thomas Pumbing and Sewer
About this pro
I bought one aluminum zinc anode rod to stop rotten egg smelly well water. Dan came last night but he said he could not take out the original anode rod from the water heater for replacement because his tool did not match the rod head, unless I allow him to damage the water heater then he can change another new water heater. I explained this water heater is a new one we just installed last months. He complained he should not come here, and yelled at me, and said "fuck you" so many times to a female customer. He did not finish the job and asked me to find another plumber.Aug 28, 2018Verified
Dan responded promptly to a small but fairly urgent project request to add plumbing to a garbage disposal with tricky space constraints. He got us up and running and his price was very reasonable. We would use his services again.Aug 23, 2018Verified
Dan routed my sewer line as required. He worked around my schedule and performed the work at the quoted price.Aug 21, 2018Verified
strong ethics and very honest. I strongly recommend this company.Aug 16, 2018Verified
Dan was able to get our water heater going again after he had to return the next day with the part he needed. He works very slow but is thorough in his work and will stay until the job is completed. The water heater did stop working again after the fix, but I reset the pilot and it has been working since so hopefully it was just a fluke.Aug 15, 2018VerifiedDaniel T.'s reply
HELLO KYLE.Thank you for the review and I sdmit I may be a little slow but I always want to do a great job for my customers and it was'nt just replacing a part but also vacuuming around your burner with my shop vac and vacuum through the 2 retangular holes in front of gas valve.I am very sorry I did not get back to you about your pilot light going out .The only thing I can think of is so micro fine dust trapped in those regtangular holes and the only way to get it out is with compressed air.I did what I said kyle and if there is any more problems its an oxygen problem from bottom of heater. You need a long wire brush like for cleaning dryers,no too thick to fit in rectangular holes and always make sure skirt at bottom of heater is vacuumed of dust especislly where skirt covers rectangular holes.Have a Nice Day and Thank you for the work Kyle.
