- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many other companies, we do not charge by the hour, but instead by the number of items you need moved. We always provide a flat rate quote up front so you know what you're paying for. We charge a base price for the first item, and additional items are a smaller charge per piece.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts us for their moving needs, we ask detailed questions regarding the items and both the pickup and delivery locations so that there are no surprises on the day of service. This detailed information allows us to provide the most accurate quote, as no one likes surprise charges after booking! Once the customer accepts the quote, they have the option to book and pay for the order using our website or mobile app at their convenience. Once an order is completed, we follow up to review the customer experience and use the feedback to improve!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founders have over 40 years combined logistics and customer service experience. All of our drivers are licensed, vetted, background screened, and professional movers.
