- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$400/ 6 (1hour) sessions My pricing includes a 50 page self awareness report that gives great insight into the client being coached. $60 value I begin with an ($25) initial phone call that can be applied to cost of coaching if coaching relationship proceeds. If the client or coach finds the support and growth are adequate and client is meeting goals quickly then we can negotiation early end of coaching or extension of coaching if desired. Bottom line, you are not locked in. Can you coach 1 session? Yes $75 rate Self Awareness Report and Coaching Session? $120
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with hearing from the new client exactly what their desired outcome of our meeting together. The client sometimes is clear on this and so we proceed but sometimes there needs to be clarity on the desired goal or goals. Secondly, I offer an excellent self awareness tool that often adds volume or weight to the strengths in accomplishing this goal or the blind spot (obstacles) to achieving the goal. This is a 50 page report and can bring forth powerful talking points to move forward with confidence. I check in with the customer via email and text during our time together to encourage forward progress. (accountability)

Professional coach (certified through International Coaching Federation ACC), Certified Trainer Level 1 of Personality Insights Institute Tony Stolzfus - 16 Desires model of Prayer-based transformation BS in Biology, (former High School/Middle School teacher), My own business for 17 years, 30+ years in two nonprofit organization, On the personal side, I have been married for 34 years to a man who is my soul mate and mother of three grown sons who are thriving! (Two sons with master degrees are happily married and the youngest still in undergrad)
