- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive and I always strive to provide the best workmanship at a fair price. I like the customer to feel that their hard earned money has been well spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible, I prefer to meet with the customer in person to discuss their project. This gives me the opportunity to ask questions and vise versa. An effort is made to consider details that might not have occurred to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from a number of highly skilled and talented craftsmen. Both shop and on-site settings and various geographical locations has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and expertise.
