Will first we like meet with the new prospective customer and discuss the projects in detail, and then provide a detailed proposal of the scope of work and the cost of completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of combined experience in residential and commercial upkeep preventive maintenance. Plus 2 years of collage education in mechanical engineering/energy conservation.

When the energy crisis hit a had to find another income source.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most recent job was to repair a fence it only took a few hours. Before that was a yard clean up project, and before that was retrofitting an office building, and before that a thorough cleaning on a large home that was over 3,000 square feet.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they legal and stand behind their work should something go wrong.

How much are they will to spend on the project to get the job done right.
