- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers receive the highest level of representation and negotiation for FREE!!! All commissions are negotiated for Seller to pay. Sellers only pay 3% commission to Listing Agent---the Listing Agent will personally pay for professional photography ($150-$200), enhanced online listings ($50/month), neighborhood mailers ($125), and A HOME WARRANTY TO PROTECT YOUR HOME WHILE LISTED AND TRANSFERABLE TO YOUR BUYERS ($500) to help get your home sold fast!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients schedule a client consultation in which we will discuss the buying/selling process, timelines, and opportunities. At this time we will set expectations for sellers and search criteria for buyers. Our team will provide a complimentary and extensive resource package for buyers and sellers.
