- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers, there is no upfront cost. Buyer's agents are paid at closing from the seller's proceeds. It's one of the only times you can hire a professional in your life and have someone else pay for it! For sellers, I negotiate my commission based on the property, the seller's needs, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial meeting with new customers where I ask them questions that will help me know what they need from me and I explain what I can do for them. I prefer to have that meeting in my office, but that doesn't always happen. For sellers, it's often easier to meet at your home so I can see what I'm going to help you sell. Buyers often want to meet at a home they are interested in viewing. I try to be flexible to meet my customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through 3 different Keller Williams training programs, have my PSA certification and a GRI certification.
