- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my customers to feel comfortable and confident working with me. I am competent and reliable to communicate and establish a relationship via phone and internet. Meetings are dependent on your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Economics and 17+ years holding key roles in operations and office management from my home office.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
17+ years ago I started with a direct mail company that had no computer system, no infrastructure, no office. I learned various aspects of small business and helped the company establish infrastructure which allowed it to grow. From customizing Quickbooks, to running numbers on various projects to find cost effective means, to hiring, training, and writing manuals. I work well independently and find a way to always get the job done. I am always thinking outside the box and treating companies as if they were my own.
