FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person. It is difficult to communicate through e-mail or by phone. An in person meeting at a local coffee shop (our treat!!!) is an excellent way to make sure that everyone is on the same page. This way, the new customer can explain what they expect from us and what we expect from our new customers. Having this meeting with us does not mean that we have been hired. It is more like a first date... we chit chat just to see if we can hit it off!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with couples getting married and celebrating anniversaries to working with non profit organizations like MADD. Each customer is a wonderful new experience to grow.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice is to think about how the photographer/videographer makes them feel. Do they feel comfortable with them? Do they make them feel as if they have known each other for a long time? We strive to get to know our clients personally, so that we can deliver a product that is personal.
