- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't normally do 30 minute sessions because the way I work requires a little more time to warm up and recover, but if it is something that interest you, we can discuss it. 45 minute sessions are $65 and 55 minute sessions are $80. There are bundled packages we can discuss with discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new client, we talk about goals, expectations, nutrition, and previous health history. I put them through a series of tests to measure flexibility and functionality to see if you are at a level to get into normal everyday positions though your movement patterns. Once we establish basic movement we start moving onto strength and endurance to see what you are capable of doing and establish a baseline. From there we can then talk about were to go from here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Sports Movement from the University of Florida. I am certified since 2013 by one of the top Strength and Conditioning certifications any personal trainer or coach can have, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Every University in the country has to be certified through them, so it is a well established institution. I have also worked abroad in Kuwait and New Zealand as a Strength and Conditioning coach for various teams, colleges, and highly successful athletes as well as non-athletic individuals. I have had the opportunity to work with Florida Atlantic University in their strength and conditioning department to make athletes from all teams get better. I have also been able to work with Boomaritos Performace Systems working with NFL combine prospects as well as NFl, MLB, NBA players. I have always swam competitively and played water polo, so I come from a competitive sporting background. With all this previous training experience, it has allowed me to take many different well proven paths to success for any individuals goals, being fat loss, weight gain, endurance training, specific competitive sport training, nutrition, and so much more. I have worked with kids and the elderly so I understand many different problems an individual might have as well as pain tolerance and level of comfort.
