- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive because I maintain low overhead. I use a flat fee based pricing model instead of the common "billable hours" model, so you know what you are going to pay up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I first will establish a login for them on my secure and encrypted file exchange portal. The file portal can be accessed either on a PC or on a mobile device. The client can send me scans or pictures of their tax documents. I will also send the client a tax organizer that will be used to gather the information I need to prepare a tax return. Once completed, the client can review the return, e-sign it, and I will then e-file it with the IRS and state agencies. The client will have 24/7 access to their returns on the file portal whenever they need to download or print them. The file portal also has a secure messaging feature so that the client and I can discuss any questions we might have.
