- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Carpet cleaning is not an exact science so upon arriving I always do a walk through with the customer so I can see what the troubled areas are. (stains, odors, heavy traffic areas etc.) If I see a stain or an area that may be an issue I let them know up front what to expect. I have learned that "YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE IN THIS LINE OF WORK!" But you can see from my reviews that 99% of my customers love my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I sold cleaning equipment for years and always wanted to own my own business. I started with nothing and built it up. I thrive on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!
