- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not Really, every job in this line of work is different and has its own set of circumstances. My price is dictated by three factors. How much junk needs to be removed, How hard it will be to remove the junk from the property,( IE if the junk is located in a basement or attic and requires more effort to remove rather than being place at the curb or in the garage), and how far you are from my home base in Carnegie PA
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My biggest goal working with my customers is to make them comfortable, knowing that they are dealing with a waste industry professional, knowing that I will take the time to answer any and all questions, and knowing that the job will be done on time, and on budget, while consistently exceeding their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years experience in the Waste industry. I have worked for large companies such as WM and done every job from being a helper on the truck to a District Manager.
