FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for classes are based on a combination of factors and options. Most classes have an option to combine both an on-line component and an in-classroom component. Students can also opt for an all in-classroom without any on-line component. Pricing is also dependent on which components are needed (Adult, infant, CPR/AED/O2/EPI, MDI, etc). Our pricing is very comparable and appropriate for the quality of training provided. A full list of classes and prices can be found at online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to have new clients. Those interested in taking a Red Cross class normally contact me and express which certification they are interested in. I can then answer questions they have and point them in the right direction. This is my full-time work so I am able to hold several classes per month. Clients can take a combination of on-line and in the classroom or all in the classroom. Client can contact me personally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes being a certified Respiratory Therapist for 7 years and substitute teacher for 5 years. I am an Authorized Provider through the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association. I became a Lifeguard in 1994 and I have been teaching CPR/AED, BLS, Lifegaurding, Swim Lessons and Babysitting classes since then. I maintain my teaching certifications and teach approximately 250-300 clients per year. I have an AA in Physical Education, a BS in Sports Psychology, and I am current completing my Masters Degree in Sports Administration.
