We are at most one-third the amount of our competitors e.g. we will never show up and ask for full payment prior to performing services like many of our competitors, that unfortunately, you may have encountered.
Also, when we assign a team member or team to you the customer, they becomes you own and will return for each job, unless of course you wish for a replacement.
We are a company that stands out in many ways, but our services are outstanding.
We enjoy the work we do for several reasons: first and foremost we love making our customers happy, secondly we enjoy our trades and using our abilities to serve the communities, we also enjoy the fact that we have found a way to offer better prices to our customers (which wasn't hard), last but not least I think we are changing the IT, Security, and Home Remodeling/ Repairing business not just with what was mentioned above, but we have many ideas that will soon come to fruition.

Duane and Charlie are wonderful! They came to look at my job immediately and started the next day since I had a deadline. My house is almost 150 years old so nothing is simple here. When the job turned out to be more complicated than it had originally seemed, they didn't raise the reasonable price they had already quoted. Instead they worked until it was finished, coming back a second day and staying late into the evening since they knew I had tenants moving in the next day. I'm very pleased with the work they did here. They were dependable, capable and conscientious about their work. Also, they're very nice guys to work with. I would hire them again in a minute!

My lap-top computer had become infected due to my internet security having expired. I had forgotten to renew it. Whenever I typed, my lap-top would skip letters causing me to have to go back and retype whatever was skipped. It also ran very slow. I decided to purchase a new lap-top. After working with my new lap-top for a few days, I decided that I hated it. Nothing was where it used to be and I found it difficult to adjust to it. My old lap-top was so much easier to work with. I found Duane Belcher by Googling Computer Repair in Baltimore. I picked him over Geek Squad and one other service. He came to my apartment and spent about an hour and a half cleaning out my old computer. He also gave me some tips on do's and don'ts to keep my computer running at it's optimum. When he left, my old computer worked like new again. No skipping and much faster. The total charge for all this was $70. The new computer, which cost me over $300 is going back to Best Buy this week.
