- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $75 per person. If additional training is needed such as infant CPR, there is an additional cost of $5. I accept cash, check and cards. Card payments are taken via Square. In addition, a nonrefundable deposit of $20 is required upon scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to get an understanding from new customers as to what their needs are regarding training. CPR is used in different fields. Therefore, I like to know how to coordinate the training so that it is specific to the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Human Services field for fourteen years. Aside from CPR, I have been responsible for facilitating other trainings. I have been a CPR and First Aid instructor for the American Red Cross for six years. I always ensure that my skill set and knowledge of the curriculum are up to date.
