- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Showtime Realty Property Management has determined that $75 per month will be affordable enough so that every property owner will be able to afford the service while at the same time be a fair enough charge that Showtime Realty Property Management will be able to continue to provide the level of services committed to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Showtime Realty is a no nonsense, hassle free property management company. We handle much of our document gathering and form completion online and provide digital certificates for e-signed documents. We insure that all properties are registered as Rental Properties as required by the State of AZ while informing our clients of the requirement to have a Statutory Agent in AZ manage their rental property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Showtime Realty Property Management's Designated Broker, Robert Mitchell, is also the owner. Robert has been in Real Estate for over 18 years and has also instructed Real Estate classes in three different schools. Robert has worked for prestigious companies such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae during the downturn and has assisted in stabilizing the neighborhoods and communities in AZ.
